Local Organizations
This is a directory of Upstate area clubs and organizations compiled by library staff based on information provided to us by the organizations themselves. Blue Ridge Orchid Society of South Carolina
The Blue Ridge Orchid Society of South Carolina meets the 2nd Monday of each month (Sept-June) at 7:15 pm in the Keowee-Key Activity Center in Salem. The society is a good way to learn about orchids and their care. The meetings have guest speakers.
Camellia Garden Club of Greer
The club has monthly meetings (except June and July) to learn about and to encourage gardening. Meetings are held from 2:45pm-4:30pm on the Tuesday after the 3rd Sunday each month.
Fountain Inn Garden Club

The Fountain Inn Garden Club is a very active organization in town and at several local schools. The club offers education and “hands-on” involvement in many areas including horticulture, gardening, floral designing, ecology, and more. Come join the group for a meeting.
